The tenancy is terminated effective November 10, 2020. The tenant owes no money to the landlord as the amount of the rent deposit and interest owed to the tenant exceeds the amount the landlord is entitled to under this order. The landlord is authorized to offset $39.54 per day for compensation for the tenant's use of the unit starting October 31, 2020 until the tenant moves out.
