The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant because the tenant did not meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the LTB.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 15, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $3,163.87 (less any payments made after March 9, 2023) for rent arrears, application fees, and NSF charges, less the rent deposit and interest. The tenant must also pay the landlord $47.93 per day for use of the unit from April 5, 2023 until the tenant moves out.
