The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 14, 2022. The Tenant must pay $584.13 to the Landlord, representing rent owing up to March 3, 2022, less the rent deposit and interest. Additionally, the Tenant must pay $28.04 per day for compensation starting March 4, 2022, until vacating the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by March 14, 2022, interest will be charged, and the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
