What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 13, 2022, unless the Tenants pay $7,266.00 to void the order. The Tenants must pay $4,499.82 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears and compensation, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenants must also pay $42.74 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting March 3, 2022 until they move out, and $186.00 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by March 13, 2022, they will owe interest, and the Landlord may file the order for enforcement of the eviction.
