The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 19, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $9,076.27 less any payments made after the application was filed, plus $31.23 per day in compensation starting February 9, 2023 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 19, 2023, they will owe 5% annual interest on the outstanding balance.
