What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 14, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the unit by this date and pay $186.00 for the application filing cost. Additionally, the Tenant must pay $16.44 per day from February 15, 2022, until they move out. If the Tenant doesn't vacate by February 14, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 15, 2022.
