What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's conduct substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex by the Landlords and other tenants. The Landlords alleged the Tenant failed to clean up dog feces, stored items and left garbage in common areas, and made excessive noise and yelled profanities.

The ruling

The Tenant's tenancy is terminated effective January 31, 2022. The stay on the eviction order is lifted on that date.
