What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $12,161 by September 30, 2023 or $14,106 by October 15, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by October 15, 2023 and pay the Landlord $3,587.64 plus daily compensation.
