What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 7, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $15,568.67 (less any amount paid after the application was filed) for rent arrears, application fees, and compensation for use of the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 7, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
