What happened

The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants due to their failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order. The ruling

The tenants must pay the landlord $9,954.81, which includes rent arrears up to May 16, 2023, and $63.30 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting May 17, 2023 until they move out. The landlord is entitled to file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction if the tenants do not vacate by May 27, 2023.
