What happened

The ruling

If not voided, the Tenant must move out by September 11, 2022, and pay $5,680.10 plus $36.73 per day from July 5, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting September 12, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
