What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on January 14, 2020 with respect to application TNL-21276-19. The condition was that the Tenant failed to pay the rent for January 2021 in full and on January 1, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before February 15, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
