The ruling
The Landlord's application is granted. The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2022 and the Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,420.64 in compensation for use of the unit from June 1, 2021 to March 3, 2022, with any rent payments made during that period to be offset against the amount owed. The Tenant shall also pay $19.64 per day from March 4, 2022 until the date the Tenant vacates the unit.
