What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $13,190 by August 31, 2022 or $14,840 by September 30, 2022 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $10,343.50 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by September 30, 2022.
