The parties reached a settlement agreement during mediation. The Tenant shall pay the full monthly rent on or before the 1st of each month for 12 months starting April 1, 2022. If the Tenant fails to make any payment or if a payment is returned, the Landlord may apply for termination and eviction without notice. The Tenant shall also pay the $186 filing fee by March 21, 2022.
