What happened

The Landlord served two N5 notices for the Tenant's failure to control their dog.

The ruling

The Landlord's application to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's dog substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex was granted. The Tenant must vacate the unit by January 18, 2025, and pay the Landlord $41.75 per day for each day the Tenant remains in the unit after December 31, 2024, as well as the application filing fee of $186.
