The ruling
The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $1,392.30 in rent arrears and $201.00 for the application filing cost. If the full amount is not paid by December 31, 2021, the Tenants will owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting January 1, 2022.
