The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,824.55, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date, the cost of filing the application, and the NSF charges, minus the rent deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 16, 2023, they will start owing interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
