What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on December 5, 2019 with respect to application TSL-10285-19. The condition was that the Tenant shall pay the monthly rent on or before the first day of each month starting in April 2020 and continuing through March 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 17, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by August 17, 2020, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
