The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $185.91, which is the balance of the filing fee owing up to January 31, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 12, 2023, interest will start to accrue at 5.00% annually on the outstanding balance from February 13, 2023.
