What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $45,611 by May 13, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by May 13, 2023 and pay the Landlord $34,969.87, plus daily compensation of $177.53 from April 15, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
