What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The Tenant can void the order by paying $2,000.96 by April 30, 2024, $3,865.81 by May 31, 2024, or $5,730.66 by June 30, 2024. If the Tenant does not pay the required amount, the Tenant must move out by June 30, 2024.
