What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $3,212.94 by 2024-09-30 or $4,839.24 by 2024-10-15. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $640.87 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by 2024-10-15. The Tenant will owe daily compensation of $53.47 for any holdover period.
