The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by November 14, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,698.32, which includes rent arrears and the previous application fee, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $48.99 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting November 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates.
