The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must move out by February 27, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $443.94 (less any amount paid after the application was filed), plus $39.18 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting February 17, 2021 until they move out. If the full amount is not paid by February 27, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
