What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent for July 2020 as specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before August 24, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
