The tenancy is terminated effective March 14, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,659.47, which includes rent arrears up to March 3, 2022 and the costs related to the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $54.65 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting March 4, 2022 until the Tenant vacates.
