The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 8, 2023. The Tenant must pay $10,930.08 plus $50.10 per day from March 29, 2023, until they vacate the unit. If the Tenant does not move out by April 8, 2023, the Landlord can file for eviction enforcement starting April 9, 2023.
