What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex by other tenants. The Landlord served a valid N5 notice on January 23, 2020 with a termination date of March 31, 2020.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit on or before that date. If the unit is not vacated by November 30, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
