What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet the conditions specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on July 9, 2018.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by October 30, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement starting November 1, 2021.
