What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. Tenant had not paid the total rent required from April 1, 2020 to October 31, 2021. The Tenant is ordered to pay $21,456.17 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date and the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 11, 2022, interest will start accruing at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
