What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the parties mediated a settlement in a previous application, where the Tenant was to pay $5,000 by July 29, 2021 and pay rent in full and on time with an additional $500.
