If the Tenant paid the amount, the tenancy would continue on the condition that the Tenant paid rent on time for the next 12 months. If the Tenant failed to make the $10,007.00 payment, the Tenant owed the Landlord $7,584.99 plus daily compensation for occupying the unit after August 11, 2022.
