What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 13, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $4,567.01, which includes rent arrears up to November 2, 2021 and the application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenants must also pay $41.78 per day in compensation starting November 3, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants pay $7,172.96 on or before November 13, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
