What happened

The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated if the Tenant does not pay $1,249.03 by June 30, 2023 or $2,144.59 by July 10, 2023 to void the order. If the tenancy is terminated, the Tenant must pay $45.10 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay daily compensation of $29.44 for each day of occupation starting June 20, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit.
