What happened

The ruling

The LTB denied the Tenants' request to review the eviction order dated September 11, 2025. The Board found the Tenants were properly served with the hearing notice. However, due to the Tenant's unemployment and the fact that some payments were made, the stay of the eviction order was extended until December 31, 2025.
