The ruling

The Landlord proved the allegations on a balance of probabilities. The Former Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,996.10, which includes $5,810.10 for reasonable costs to repair damage and $186 for the application filing fee. If the Former Tenant does not pay by the due date, they will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
