What happened
Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The ruling
The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $5,260.00, which represents the amount of rent owing up to June 30, 2021. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before February 1, 2022, the Tenants will start to owe interest at a rate of 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
