The tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2020, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $403.98, which represents the amount of rent owing and compensation up to August 31, 2020, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $175.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 2, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
