Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant was not present at the hearing, although properly served with notice.

The ruling

The order is limited to the Landlord's cost of filing the application, which the Tenant must pay by July 10, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by that date, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
