The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2023. The Tenant must pay $9,296.31 for use of the unit from May 1, 2022, to January 10, 2023, plus $37.32 per day from January 11, 2023, until move-out. The Tenant must also pay $186.00 for the application filing cost. If not paid by February 15, 2023, interest will accrue at 5% annually.
