What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant fell into arrears due to having to send money to family in another country and losing their job due to the pandemic, but has since found a new job and intends to pay the arrears.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 31, 2020 unless the Tenant pays the full arrears of $10,420.52 by that date. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 31, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
