The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of January 15, 2020. The Unauthorized Occupant shall pay the Landlord $8,335.60 for compensation for the use of the unit from February 1, 2020 to July 31, 2020, and $190.00 for the cost of filing the application, for a total of $8,525.60, by April 23, 2021. If the Unauthorized Occupant does not pay the full amount by April 23, 2021, they will owe interest at a rate of 2.00% on the outstanding balance.
