What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 17, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $27,861.31, which includes rent arrears up to April 6, 2021, NSF cheque charges, and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 17, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest, and the Landlord can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement of the eviction.
