What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants because they failed to pay the lawful rent. A valid N4 notice was served, and the Tenants did not pay the arrears or attend the hearing. To void the eviction and continue the tenancy, the Tenants must pay $7,186.00 by August 18, 2025. Daily compensation of $46.03 applies until the unit is vacated.
