What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 13, 2022. Tenants must pay $8,628.58 plus $46.03 per day starting March 3, 2022, until they move out. If Tenants pay $11,386.00 by March 13, 2022, the eviction order will be void. If not paid, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement starting March 14, 2022.
