What happened

The Landlord applied to evict the Tenant for non-payment of rent. The Tenant had not paid any rent for an entire year, accumulating significant arrears. The ruling

The Board denied relief from eviction due to the substantial and long-standing rent arrears and the Tenant's unreasonable repayment proposal.
