What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by July 10, 2022 and pay $3,358.15 plus daily compensation of $24.29 from June 21, 2022 until move-out.
