What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $6,925 by August 31, 2022 or $7,700 by September 10, 2022 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by September 10, 2022 and pay daily compensation of $25.48 from July 5, 2022 until move-out. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
