The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 8, 2023, and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $7,529.87, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and new arrears, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants will also owe the Landlord $48.03 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting April 28, 2023 until they move out.
